the adobe reader 8.0 has security concern that spamming virus pdf. the upgrade is necessary.
below is the steps that deploy adobe reader 8.11 in the enterprise.

1. download the newest reader from
http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html

2. run administrative install by type command:
Acrobat_Reader_8_en_US.exe /a

3. copy the msi install files from installed folder/setup

4. place it on a shared folder in the active directory.

5. modify the proper group policy, assign it to computer so that enforce every user computer will have it installed.

6. install Chinese font as an enforce update to acrobat reader 8:
download the FontPack810_zh_CN.exe, extract the msi file FontPack810_zh_CN.msi
deploy it in the same group policy.
