I have checked the manual, couldn't find a section discrib how to reset all the configureation for Ricoh Aficio 3025. also checked Ricoh website, there is no manual can tell. later i found a phone number from the vendor information. so i called them.

in order to reach the Ricoh restore factory menu, you need following steps.
1. push the yellow small "C" buttom. you can hear beep.
2. push the 3 numeric buttoms, in following order: 1,0, 7 .
3. push the big red "C" buttom, don't release for 5 minutes until you saw a copy windows popup on the screen.

choose the "copy sp", then trun off the power, and turn it on again.

now done, you have reseted the factory settings for the Ricoh Aficio munti-functional copier;printer.
