Cooking methods:
1. Wash the tomatoes, cut into pieces;
2. Break eggs into the bowl, add a little salt, homogenized;
3. Put vegetable oil into the hot pan,heat up, first pour eggs into the pan, a casual stirs for it to be coagulate, then place to a bowl ;
4. Again put in into the pan some vegetable oil, heat up, add tomatoes, then Add eggs, salt and sugar. a few Stir again with starch. done.

Tastes and characteristics:
acid sweet, nutrient-rich, with Jianpi appetizers, beauty effectiveness.
