[b]first of all i am in good health and in good shape. 8)
though i have only a little bit too weight .
there so many people beside me take some diet recipie so i was joined them.
after 2 months i had lost about 3 ponds of weight. but there are some side effect left me, which seems permenantly in my life,
these include:
atttude toward daily meal: now i am not so interested in have a good meal every day. the quantity has reduced about 1/3 every day.
the awareness toward the nutrition of every kind of food.
during the diet process, i think i lost something, authough now i have a better knoledge of how to keep ones shape and how to keep health. i still thnk i had lost someting, something i my heart that i was unable to figure out,[/b]
