after i went on a diet.......

[b]first of all i am in good health and in good shape. 8)

though i have only a little bit too weight .

there so many people beside me take some diet recipie so i was joined them.

after 2 months i had lost about 3 ponds of weight. but there are some side effect left me, which seems permenantly in my life,

these include:

atttude toward daily meal: now i am not so interested in have a good meal every day. the quantity has reduced about 1/3 every day.

the awareness toward the nutrition of every kind of food.

There are a lot of "crash" diets out there that promise that you'll drop a considerable amount of weight in days or a week.

I have tried a few of these, and in my experience the weight always comes back on, just as quickly since the weight loss tips given are not something that will work with your body.

One thing you don't want to do if you are actually serious about losing weight is to follow these fad diets and their ridiculous weight loss tips.
