accidentally i found a software called TCP-Z, which sounds good, that modify RAM rather than the actual Windows Vista TCPIP.sys file. so it has good compatiabilitty..

when power on, it display "scanner bulb warming up" then stop response with an error. this is quite common amount hp33xx series all in one printer.
it was cause by the scan head unable to receive the scanned light, either clean the head or replace a new scan module can fix this problem. the module is the one that move under the glass while scanning.

HP has announced some promotion to replace it by other printer model, its good, because even if you replaced a new scan module, it will not work for a long time. so the best way is replace the entire printer/scanner.

i had been watching on the image "Fedora 8 werewolf unleashed in 10 days" for 5 days.

what i can expecting is the better visual effect and improved wide area driver support.

fedora core 7 has driver problem with my gm965 build in VGA device intel 3100 . though i fixed it by chose driver manually, the experimental intel drive should be choosed for intel 3100. the default auto detected driver was wrong.

# while trying to install by run command, there was some error:

# but the installation CD does not contain libstdc++.so.5.
# searched the internet i found a solution;

i got a new device, it happens occasionally when i searching for a new phone, i need a phone that can do GPS ,internet, play music and movie and with long battery time.

the market disappointed me, there is no such a module that met my needs. most of the new device comes out today with a small screen, 2.8 inch is the largest, but i am looking for a screen at least 4 inch that can do 640*480.

after 2 days search, i gave up, compare to these 2.8 inch ones, i find some interesting one that made by China vendor, there not many can be chosen,namely Amoi E860/870, Dopod, mio A701/A501.

i use windows 2003 enterprise edition on my laptop, and i use a hp ipaq cell phone, i do need the irDA function badly on my laptop computer but Microsoft has disabled it on windows server 2003 enterprise/datacenter edition. the microsoft website tells that only windows server 2003 standard edition support irDA.

i do not want to reinstall my laptop. so i searched the internet for several hours. finally i find 2 ways that i would like to share with everyone.
